“Wow! I called up a number of law offices to see who can help me with my accident, a drunk driver hit me on the freeway very dangerously. Soon as I called, a very nice receptionist answered my call and warmly transferred me over to someone who got right to the point and was very thorough in explaining all details and aspects of what the next 6 months – 3 years might entail.
