One Dead, 11 Injured in Bus Rollover Accident on I-15 South in California
A bus rollover in unincorporated San Bernardino county has been declared a mass casualty after the incident left one dead and 11 injured.
The bus rollover took place on Tuesday, December 13th on I-15, just south of the famous Zzyzx exit seen on the way to Las Vegas. Helicopters were called in to airlift some of the victims, while others were taken to nearby medical facilities via ambulance
The accident happened around 11:30 PM near Baker, around 175 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. The cause is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
